Adding Clients - Importing

This method allows you to add multiple clients at once by downloading a template file, filling it out or copying from a list you have exported from elsewhere, and then uploading it to the app. Here are the steps to add a new client using the bulk upload method:

Step 1:

Click on "Download template" from the "Bulk Upload" section on the "New Clients" page and open the downloaded xlsx file. The template file will contain columns for all the required client details such as first name, last name, and email address

Step 2:

Fill in the required client details such as first name, last name, and email address in the downloaded xlsx file. You can add as many clients as you want on the same template file.

Step 3:

Save the filled-in xlsx file with a unique name and make sure it is saved in the .xlsx format. This is necessary to ensure that the file can be uploaded successfully to the viviFIT app.

Step 4:

Go back to the "New Clients" page on the viviFIT app and click on "Choose File" under the "Bulk Upload" section. This will allow you to select the filled-in xlsx file from your device.

Step 5:

Select the filled-in xlsx file from your device and click on "Upload". This will initiate the 

upload process and the viviFIT app will start processing the information in the file.

Step 6:

Verify that the client details are accurate and click on "Add Clients" to add the new clients to your viviFIT client list. You can review the details of each client and make any necessary changes before adding them to your list.

Please note that Email addresses are recognized as correct if they turned green

Step 7:

You will receive a confirmation message once the clients have been successfully added to your list. You can then access their profiles and start managing their fitness plans through the viviFIT app.
