Adding Clients Manually or Sharing a Link
Method 1 - Add a Client Manually
Step 1
To add a client manually, select the "Add Manually" option on the "New Client" page. You will then be prompted to enter the client's information, such as their name, and email address. Once you have entered all of the required information, please toggle the box "send welcome email".
Step 2
The customer will receive a welcome email with a registration link that they can use to create an account on the viviFIT app. The registration link will prompt them to a window in which they can set up their own password. Once they have set their password, they can click on "Submit" to create their account.
Step 3
The next step for the customer is to fill and sign in a form. This form will include important information such as their medical history, fitness goals, and any injuries or limitations they may have. The form is important for the trainer as it helps them develop a customized workout plan and a balanced nutrition plan for the client.
Step 4
After filling in the form, the next step for the customer is to complete their profile, including all the essential information that their trainer must know. This includes their age, weight, height, and fitness level. The client can also upload a profile picture for their trainer to recognize them easily.
Step 5
At the end of the process, by clicking on "Get started," the client will be prompted to a page on which they can proceed to download the Mobile App of viviFIT. The Mobile App is available for both Android and iOS devices and can be downloaded from the respective app stores.
Method 2 - Adding a client through the registration link
To add a client through a self-registration link, select the "Self Registration" option on the "New Client" page. viviFIT will generate a unique registration link that you can send to the client.
The client can then use this link to create their own account on the viviFIT app.
Once the client has created their account, all the steps that the client must follow are completely equal to the previous one (from step 2 to step 5).
