Giving Feedback
Giving feedback to clients is an essential part of the experience and can greatly contribute to their success in achieving their fitness goals. The viviFIT app offers two ways to provide feedback to clients: Written Feedback and Video Feedback.
Written Feedback:
To provide written feedback, go to the client's profile (Clients and Groups > All Clients > Select the Client of your interest), then simply click on the "Daily Logs" tab at the top of a Client's Profile. From there, you can write down your feedback for the client. The client will be able to see the feedback directly on their daily logs. This is a quick and efficient way to communicate with clients and provide them with valuable insights and advice.
Video Feedback:
If you prefer to provide more detailed feedback to clients, the viviFIT app also offers the option to provide video feedback. To do this, go to a Client's Profile and click on "Send Video Feedback" at the top right. This will allow you to navigate through the client's daily logs and record a video in real-time. This is a great option for coaches who want to provide more personalized feedback and guidance to clients.
