Editing a workout template


Workout templates are pre-designed workouts that users can customize to meet their specific fitness goals. This article will provide step-by-step instructions on how to edit a workout template using the ViviFIT app.


Step 1: Click on Workout Templates from the left side menu bar

Step 2: Choose the template that you would like to edit and click on "Edit"

Step 3: Choose the view

After selecting the template, you can choose between two different views: list view and card view. List view displays the exercises in a vertical list, while card view displays the exercises in a horizontal card format. Select the view that you prefer.


Step 4: Save the changes

Once you have made the necessary changes to the workout template, click on the Save button to save your modifications.


It is important to note that editing a template will not affect any workouts that have already been assigned or completed. The changes will only apply to new workouts created using the modified template.
