Creating a Workout Template

Creating a workout template on ViviFIT is easy and straightforward. In this article, we will guide you through the process step by step.

Step 1: Click on Workout templates in the left sidebar

Step 2: Click on new to create a brand-new template

Step 3: Choose the Name and start adding a set by clicking on "add set"

Step 4: You can add exercises by typing its name or picking from the library

Once you click on "Add set", you will see two options: "Quick exercise" or "Pick an exercise". If you choose "Quick exercise", you can add a simple exercise to your set. If you choose "Pick an exercise", you can choose an exercise from a list of exercises provided by ViviFIT.

After you have added all the necessary sets to your workout template, you can include a video guide to explain the training program in general terms. This is optional, but it can help your clients understand the workout better.


Once you have added all the necessary sets and a video guide (if you choose to), you can save your new workout template.


Now if you go to a client's profile > Training, you can now choose this template and assign it to your specific client
