I'm not receiving notifications

Did you miss an important workout reminder or an update from your trainer on viviFIT? You might have notifications disabled. Don't worry - we've got you covered! This guide will help you check and ensure that you've enabled notifications for the viviFIT app on your device.

For Google Play (Android) users:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Scroll down and tap on Apps & Notifications (This might be called "Apps" or "Application Manager" on some devices).
  3. Tap on App Info or just Apps.
  4. Scroll down until you find the viviFIT app and tap on it.
  5. Tap on Notifications. On some devices, you might need to tap on "App Settings" first, then "Notifications".
  6. If the toggle beside "Show Notifications" is in the off position, tap it to turn on notifications for the app.
  7. Customize the types of notifications you want to receive if the options are available. For example, you might want to be notified of workout reminders but not marketing messages.

Remember, these steps may slightly vary based on the Android version and model of your device.

For iOS (Apple) users:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Scroll down until you find the viviFIT app and tap on it.
  3. Tap on Notifications.
  4. Make sure the switch next to "Allow Notifications" is toggled on (it should be green).
  5. Customize the types of notifications you want to receive. You can choose to see them in the Notification Center, on the Lock Screen, and as banners. You can also decide if you want the banners to be temporary or persistent.
  6. Decide if you want a sound or badge app icon with the notification. You can also turn on or off the "Show Previews" feature, which allows you to see the contents of your notifications.

If these steps don't work, please try updating to the latest version of the app, or deleting and reinstalling viviFIT from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
