Replace an exercise video with your own

One of the viviFIT app features is the ability to customize your workout routine by adding your own exercises. This can be particularly useful if you have a specific exercise that you prefer to do or if you want to replace a video exercise with your own.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to replace a video exercise with your own on the viviFit app:

Step 1: Click on "Custom Exercise"

To begin, open the app on your device and select the "Custom Exercise" option from the main menu. This will bring you to a screen where you can view all of your custom exercises.

Step 2: Edit Exercise

Next, find the exercise that you want to replace with your own video and click on it. This will bring up a screen with information about the exercise, including its name, description, and the video associated with it. To edit the exercise, click on the "Edit" button.

Step 3: Scroll Down to the Videos Section

Once you're on the page, scroll down until you see the section labeled "Videos." This is where you can add or replace the video associated with the exercise.

Step 4: Delete the Existing YouTube Video

To replace the existing video with your own, you'll first need to delete the existing  URL. To do this, simply select it and delete it. This will remove the existing video from the exercise.

Step 5: Replace with Your Own Video

With the existing video removed, you can now add your own YouTube video URL. To do this, simply copy the URL of the video you want to use and paste it into the URL box. Make sure the video is set to "public" or "unlisted" so that it can be viewed by others.

Step 6: Press "Save"

Once you've added your own, click on the "Save" button to save your changes. Your new video will now be associated with the exercise and will be available for you to use in your workouts.

With these simple steps, you can easily customize your exercise to meet your individual needs and preferences.
