Assigning a new workout to your clients is an essential part of coaching them through the viviFIT app. Here are the steps to assign a new workout:

  • Go to Clients and Groups on the side menu: On the side menu, click on "Clients and Groups". This will bring up a list of your clients. From the list of clients, choose the client you want to assign the workout plan and click on "Training" at the top of their profile.

  • Press the "+" Button to assign a new workout

  • Choose to create a new workout or pick from a template: You can choose to create a new workout plan from scratch or edit an already existing one. If you choose to edit an existing plan, simply click on the plan you wish to edit.

Edit an existing workout: If you choose to edit an existing workout plan, you can delete specific exercises with the little trash icon. You can also add alternative sets of exercises.

Then click save to keep all the changes made

Create a new workout: If you choose to create a new workout plan from scratch, click on "Add new". This will bring you to a blank page from which you can create a new workout plan.

  1. Choose the name of the workout: Choose a name for the workout plan that best fits the client's goals or preferences.
  2. Choose the time that it will take: Select the estimated time that the workout will take. This can be adjusted later if needed.
  3. Choose rest time: Determine the amount of rest time between sets and exercises. This can also be adjusted later if needed.
  4. Create a set: Start adding exercises to the workout plan by creating the set. To do this, click on "Add exercise" and fill in all the information about the weight, reps, duration, intensity, rest, RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion), tempo (which is how many seconds you must hold the different parts of repetition), and any additional notes you want to include.
  5. Save and assign the workout plan: Once you have created or edited the workout plan, click on "Save" to save the changes. Then, assign the workout plan to the client by clicking on the "Assign" button.
  6. Save the workout plan as a template (optional): If the new workout plan created could be commonly used for many clients, you can click on the workout and save it as a template. This will allow you to quickly assign the same workout plan to multiple clients without having to recreate it from scratch each time.
